Return & Exchange Policy

All items in my shop are custom-made to order. Each design is created, printed and packaged specifically for you. For this reason, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your design proof carefully before final approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and the product. I will replace or remake the item at no cost if the mistake or damage occurred during production or shipping.

Customer Responsibility

• Review spelling, dates and color selections before approval.
• Ensure the surface for decals or wall lettering is smooth, clean, and suitable for application.
• Provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once materials are prepared or printing begins, the order is final.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of my control. I will help you track your parcel and file a claim if needed, but refunds are not issued for delays.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom items (names, dates, designs, colors)
• Digital files and proofs
• Clearance or sale items
